Meet Our Founder
Dr. Somachi Kachikwu is the Founder and CEO of Capacity Labs, and a visionary leader in education, workforce transformation, and capacity development. With over 20 years of experience across Africa, the U.S., and the UK, she has led reform initiatives, directed curriculum design, and consulted for top-tier clients. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and has built programs across sectors including oil and gas, non-profits and educational institutions.
